Ingredients

  • 800g chopped chicken breast or thigh

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 3 cups chopped mushrooms

  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed

  • 400g can chopped tomatoes

  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 200g chopped bacon

  • 200g chopped broccoli or cauliflower

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cream (add near end)

  • Fettuccine pasta (add cooked at end, or raw 1 hour before if liquid is enough)

Chicken Fettuccini: Directions

  1. Put all items in the slow cooker, except cream and pasta.

  2. Cook on low for 4-5 hours until chicken is soft.

  3. After 4 hours, mix in the fettuccine.

  4. When pasta is done, stir in the cream.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot!

Tips: Spray cooker to stop sticking. Pair with veggies or bread for a full meal.
