Cheesy chicken bbq fajita pasta in the slow cooker. Amazing and can save for lunches
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts diced
1 large onion
2 red peppers
2 fajita seasoning packets
Garlic
Chicken stock
Penne pastas
Creme fraiche
Grated cheese
Tinned tomatoes
Passata
Method:
Add in chicken, peppers, onions, garlic, tinned tomatoes, passatas and seasoning.
Mix it all together leave for 4-5 hours on high or 8 hours plus on low.
Add in chicken stock and then the pasta leave on for further 45 minutes.
Then add cheese as desired!
