Slow Cooker Cheesecake Bread Pudding.
Ingredients:
2 blocks cream cheese
½ cup brown sugar
Loaf of brioche bread
4 eggs
½ cup cream
1½ cups milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 TBSP maple syrup
Frozen berries( I used blueberries)
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese and brown sugar and microwave in 30 second bursts until melted and combined. Place the bread in SC and pour the cheese mixture over, ensuring it gets between each slice of bread. Combine the eggs, cream, milk, vanilla and maple syrup and pour over the top of the bread
Sprinkle with frozen berries and cook on low for 2-3 hours. As I’ve never cooked this before.
This is absolutely delicious and I can’t wait for my kids to taste it. This is a definite keeper and will make it regularly.
