Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower cut up
4 slices bacon diced up
1 leek chopped
1 circle of Camembert I removed skin
Garlic salt and pepper
500ml Milk
500ml Chicken stock
Directions:
Place all ingredients into slow cooker in order of recipe
Cook on high for 2 hrs , then blitz & serve with extra crispy bacon & crouton
Can also be cooked for 4 hours on low.

Start to carmelise onions on a pan with some butter add garlic and cook until fragrant remove onions and garlic put ontop of your brisket.
Add 1tsp of each of these paprika, mixed herbs, garlic granules, onion granules, mustard powder, flour to the pan with a little butter cook in ok fragrant then add a tablespoon brown sugar
add 1tsp tomato puree 1tbsp ketchup 1tbsp hot sauce and gradually add 500ml beef stock whisking out the lumps to form a smooth liquid add 1tablespoon course mustard seeds and allow to simmer 5 minutes
Push your casserole veg around your brisket then pour the gravy over the veg cook on low 6hrs (I halved my brisket so was only 2lbs)
