Beef stew meat → 2 pounds (prechopped at the grocer)

Beef stew seasoning mix → 1 package (1.5 oz)

Frozen mixed vegetables → 1 bag (12 oz) (with onions, preferably)

Baby yellow potatoes → 14 oz

Baby-cut carrots → 8 oz

Beef flavored broth → 1 carton (32 oz)

All-purpose flour → 1/4 cup
Beef Stew-Dump-it: Steps

Grease slow cooker with cooking spray. The ingredients in the slow cooker are 2 lb beef stew meat (precalculated in the grocer), 1 package (1.5 oz) beef stew seasoning mix, 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables (preferably with onions), 14 oz baby yellow potatoes, 8 oz baby-cut carrots as well as 1 carton (32 oz) beef flavored broth. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook by the High heat setting 5 to 6 hours, or Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.

Preparation Previously: Take out 1/2 cup of stew broth in small bowl before serving; beat with 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, using whisk, until smooth. Add back to stew, and stir until stew is thickened.
