Beef in Black Bean Sauce

Slow Cooker Beef in Black Bean sauce.

Ingredients:

600g diced beef (browned in butter)
3 large white onions
4 peppers (diff colours)
4 garlic cloves
1 1/2 jars of Sainsbury’s Chinese black bean sauce
Good glug of: soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hoisin sauce
4 oxo cubes
1tsp mixed ground spice

Directions:

Put all sauces in slow cooker & add browned beef
Soften the onions & peppers in the juice & butter from the beef – add the garlic, oxo & spice just before taking off the heat .
Add the onions/garlic & peppers etc to the beef & sauce in the slow cooker.
Cook for 6 hours, 3 for high & 3 for low.
Serve with white rice.
