BBQ Little Smokies – 3-Ingredient. I realize that we have all had the luxury of strolling into a party with a small sluggish cooker packed with saucy little cocktail wienies in them so it may seem like they are not new. But they are! (Or at least they are to me.) They contain only three ingredients, yet they are sweet and tangy barbecue with a citrusy twist that I did not have previously, yet was completely smitten with the taste. They are not new but new and you have both stovetop and slow cooker directions so that you can make them the way that works best to you. And good news – either way, the easiest thing to do.
Ingredients

2 packets little smokies (smoked cocktail wienies)

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1/2 cup orange marmalade

Orange zest, to serve (optional)
BBQ Little Smokies: Instructions
Stovetop Instructions

Combine the sausages, orange marmalade, and barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan.

Allow to simmer on medium heat until the sauce becomes smooth and the smokies are warm.

Put into serving dish and serve with orange zest, as desired.
Slow Cooker Instructions

Add all ingredients into slow cooker, cover, and cook on low until smooth sauce is attained and smokies are cooked, 3-4 hours.

Keep on warm to serve.

Garnish with orange zest, should you wish.
