Instructions

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 375degF (190degC).

Grease jars

Rub glass jars or ramekins lightly with oil.

Add blueberries

Make an equal division of blueberries to jars.

Mix wet ingredients

Whisk in a bowl; milk, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Add dry ingredients

Add baking powder and oats.

Assemble

Add contents of each jar so as to pour evenly over blueberries.

Bake

Jars can be put on a baking tray and baked 25-30 minutes till set and lightly golden at the top.

Cool slightly & serve

Allow to cool after 5 minutes.
