How to Make Slow Cooker Onion Beef
-
Put your slow cooker on the counter. Make sure it’s off. Cut off any super fat parts from the beef, but keep some for yummy taste.
-
Put the raw beef flat in the bottom. Cut it into big pieces if it won’t fit nice.
-
Mix the soup mix, broth, and sauce in a bowl. Stir till it’s smooth. This is your magic juice!
-
Pour the juice all over the beef. Let some go under and around it.
-
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Let some drop into the juice. Looks pretty, right?
-
Put the lid on tight. Cook it on low heat for 8-10 hrs or high heat for 4-5 hrs. Beef gets soft and easy to pull.
-
Don’t peek! When done, shred beef with two forks right in the pot. Mix with onions and juice. Toss out big fat bits.
-
Taste it. Add salt or more sauce if you want. Let it sit on warm for 10-15 minutes.
-
Scoop hot over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice. Add extra onions and juice on top. Dig in!
