Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles. Nothing can be compared to a nice bowl of Mongolian ground beef noodles. It is a meal that is substantial and delicious and the combination of savory and sweetness will make you come back to take more.
Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles: Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef

1 Tbsp. Ginger paste

5 tsp. Minced garlic

1/2 C. Beef broth

1/2 C. Soy sauce

1/4 C. Brown sugar
-
1/3 C. Hoisin sauce

Taste Pepper and red pepper flakes.

1 Box linguini noodles
Directions

Boil the linguini pasta to your preference and rinse.

Add the beef that is ground in a skillet and saute on medium-high heat until it is fully browned.

Add ginger paste and garlic and saute one more minute.

Add the beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar and pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Cook 10-15 minutes on low with the heat until the sauce becomes a little thick.

Combine the noodles with the mixture of meat and the sauce and stir to mix.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, when desired.
