Just made a Slow Cooker frittata and it is yummy!
Ingredients:
8 eggs beaten
150 gram ham (didn’t have bacon otherwise I would have used that)
Punnet of cherry tomatoes chopped (had no big tomatoes)
Kale
2 handfuls grated cheese
1 brown onion diced
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Self Raising flour
Method:
Mix together in bowl and add to lined slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours with tea towel under lid. Next time I will add mushrooms and broccoli I think.
