Slow cooker chocolate brownie Recipe. Beautiful and moist and everything a brownie should be .
Ingredients:
1 Betty Crocker choc brownie mix
2 eggs
125g butter
Method:
Mix all ingredients together
I then poured it into a silicon cake thingy
I put a little water in the bottom of slow cooker and put in some silicon egg rings (you could use anything to do that I guess it’s just to keep brownie out of the water) to stand the cake pan tray thingy on so that it didn’t touch the water.
Lid on with tea towel underneath on high for 1 hour 20 minutes.
