Slow Cooker Creamy Rice pudding recipe
Ingredients:
130g pudding rice
70g granulated sugar
700ml full fat milk
140g clotted cream
Nutmeg to sprinkle(optional or can use cinnamon)
Method:
Pour milk & clotted cream into saucepan & heat until the clotted cream has all dissolved, remove from heat & stir in sugar
Place pudding rice into slow cooker & then pour the milk mixture on top.
Give it a good stir & sprinkles on the nutmeg.
Put on high for 2-3 hours stirring once/twice. Add more milk if needed.
I had mine on for too long so had to add extra milk but it still tastes good. I’ve got 4 really big portions out of this.
