Curried Sausages in the Slow Cooker
Ingredients :
▪️8 sausages
▪️1 large onion sliced
▪️1 french onion soup mix
▪️400g can of chopped tomatoes
▪️3 teaspoons curry powder
▪️2 teaspoons tomato chutney
▪️2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
▪️2 tablespoons gravy powder
▪️1/2 cup water
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients except onions and sausages until well combined.
2. Place sliced onions and sausages in slow cooker.
3. Put r the sauce mix over sausages & onions.
4. Cook for 4 hours on high.
I added a handful of frozen mixed veggies in the last 10 mins of cooking.
