Slow cooked Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 -1 pound 3 ounces tube of refrigerated biscuits, each cut into 6 pieces ( I used buttermilk biscuits)
1- 14 ounce jar pizza sauce
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 pound pepperoni, sliced thin
1/4 cup refrigerated picant green olives, sliced
1/4 cup Italian refrigerated mushrooms
Granulated garlic
Italian seasonings
Dehydrated chives
Directions:
Spray 6 quart crock with canola oil. Add cut biscuits, to cover bottom of crock. Add pizza sauce, spread over biscuits. Sprinkle granulated garlic over. Sprinkle grated parmesan. Add pepperoni, evenly. Add olives and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheddar then mozzarella. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning & dehydrated chives.. Cook on low for 3 hours. Let rest 25 mins before cutting & taking out.
