Slow Cooker Creamy spinach chicken
Ingredients:
250gram philly cheese
250gram frozen thawed spinach
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 carton of sour cream – I used about 250 of a 500 tub
1 packet of French onion soup mix
Directions:
Put philly cheese, sour cream and French onion soup mix together in a pot on the stove to combine and melt it down to a thin sauce (it will thicken in the slow cooker) then add cream of chicken soup and spinach and mix in. Add to slow cooker and add 2x chicken breasts. On low for 3 hours. Stir as needed.
I sprayed the cooker insert with a little oil.
Shredded the chicken with a fork then added it back to the sauce.
All done: yum!!
