Slow Cooker Pavlova. Think it went well used the recipe the lovely lady put up few days ago with violet crumble on top ( i used kiwifruit instead) here is the recipe – but i did leave it in for an extra half hour with the power off.
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1 cup caster sugar
1 tsp white vinegar and
2 tsps of cornflour
Directions:
Beat eggs whites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form. Add sugar a tablespoon at a time until thick & glossy.
Stop beating & add in vinegar & cornflour using metal spoon.Spoon into a lined preheated slow cooker. I had on high for about 20 mins then turned to low. Took about an hour.
Just keep an eye on it. Tea towel under lid too.
