4-Ingredient Crockpot Hamburger & Vegetable Stew

Ingredients:

1½–2 lbs ground beef (lean preferred)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, green beans) (24–32 oz)
1 packet dry onion soup mix (or similar savory seasoning mix)
3 cups beef broth

Instructions:

Add ground beef in the crockpot (you may brown it first, ***optional***).
Top with frozen vegetables, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over everything.
Pour beef broth over the top.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Stir well before serving and break up the beef if needed.

Thicker stew:
