  • Steak (sirloin or round), cut very thin

Prep the steak

Pepper, salt, paprika and powdered garlic.

Layer the casserole

  • Coat the slow cooker with oil.

  • Add a layer of potatoes.

  • Add steak slices.

  • Add onions.

  • Spoonful of cream soup mixture (soup and broth mixture).

  • Sprinkle cheddar.

  • Keep on adding ingredients until it is complete.

Cook

  • Low: 6-7 hours

  • High: 3-4 hours

Finish
