We absolutely love roast lamb leg done in the slow cooker, best gravy made from the juices at the end
Ingredients:
Oil
Salt and pepper
Rosemary sprigs
Plain flour
Gravox powder
Directions:
Place lamb in slow cooker
Baste a little oil on top and then salt and pepper,
Place Rosemary sprigs on top.
Cook on low for about 7 hours
Remove lamb from slow cooker and set aside while you make the gravy.
Gravy
Mix flour and gravox with some water and mix well so no lumps then whisk into the juices in your slow cooker, you can add a little water if too thick or if you want it thicker then just make up a bit more and whisk in
