Slow Cooker Quiche boats for a simple lunch
Ingredients:
4 stand and stuff tortillas
1/2 small zucchini
1/2 small tomato
400g ham
3 eggs
1/4 c milk
Cheese
Method:
I sprayed and lined my slow cooker and arranged boats to fit. Finely diced tomato , zucchini & ham then filled boats. Whisk eggs together then add milk. Put onto other ingredients & then finished with a sprinkle of cheese & some freshly cracked pepper.
Will cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. NO TEA TOWEL needed.
