Made some AMAZING Slow Cooker pasties
Huge hit with the family.. And the dogs hah.
Ingredients:
-500grams: Beef mince
-2 jars: Doritos salsa
-1 half: large onion, diced
-1 cup: mix peas and corn
-1 cup: bacon, diced
-1 T: minced garlic
– salt and pepper
-4 sheets: puff pastry
-1 egg: egg wash
Instructions:
1.Add all to slow cooker (except pastry and egg).
2.cook on low for 7 hours, lid on, no tea towel.
3. Set up oven, spoon cooked beef mince onto pastry, use egg wash to seal pastry shut. Lay on oil sprayed tray in oven.
4. Place in oven till golden brown.
– this also goes really good in a pie, on toast etc
