Today i am going to share slow cooker nutella bread pudding recipe. So, without wasting any time mover forward to the recipes.
Ingredients & Method:
4-6 crossaints (depending on size), cut in half and spead with nutella. Original recipe called for them to then be sliced, I didn’t. Lay them in a single layer in slow cooker.
Lightly beat 4 eggs, add 2 cups of milk, 2T sugar (I used brown sugar) and a dash of vanilla extract and pour mixture over crossaints. Cook on low for 2 hours using a tea towel under the lid. I served with ice cream as needed a bit more sweetness. Enjoy!.
