I am very excited to share slow cooker lasagna recipe with you guys. I hope you will like this. First move toward the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1kg of minced beef
- 2 sml onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 diced carrots
- 200 gms of mushrooms
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 2 tsps each of basil and oregano
- 1 jar of lasagna sauce
- 120 gms of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 tbls of home made vegetable stock paste
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tbls of balsamic vinegar
- Jar of béchamel sauce
- Dry lasagne sheets
- Topped with pizza blend cheese
Method:
Firts browned the meat added onion garlic and carrot and softened then added mushrooms and the herbs in the slow cooker. Then add all the wet ingredients and simmered about 10mins then added spinach. Layered it up. Cook on low for 6-8 hours with tea towel under the lid.
Your slow cooker lasagne is ready to serve. It’s my first attempt at lasagna in the slow cooker can’t wait to eat it, looks and smells yummy. Thanks for reading the recipe.
