Today i am sharing very delicious slow cooker beef mince parmi loaf. This recipe is very close to me because my family really like it. Let’s move forward toward the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of beef mince
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of basil
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (I used dolmio)
  • 10 pieces of shortcut bacon
  • 2 eggs

Method:

First of all combine spices, eggs, mince, breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Mould into a rectangular loaf shape and cut in half. Place 150 grams of mozzarella cheese in the middle of halves of loaf.

Reshape loaf together and smooth all outside edges. Cover outside of loaf with bacon. I secured with toothpicks. Place on top of slow cooker. I lined mine with baking paper to avoid sticking.

Now sprinkle half of remaining cheese on top of loaf. Then cover with jar of pasta sauce and remaining cheese. Cook on high for four hours. Thanks for reading the recipe.
