Potatoes and Garlic Butter Steak: Instructions

  1. Peel your potatoes and cut them to small cubes.

  2. Sprinkle them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dry parsley (I use no definite amounts during this operation).

  3. Put your potatoes in the air fryer and cook it in 400 degrees at an average time of about 20 minutes shaking it at least twice during the cooking process.

  4. You can chop your steak into about 1 inch squares when the potatoes are in the process of cooking.

  5. Brush the steak bites with olive oil and salt, pepper, garlic powder and steak seasoning.

  6. Once the potatoes have been cooked set them aside.

  7. Put the steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees and allow to cook about 7 minutes (this only made mine medium).

  8. The butter is melted, minced garlic and dry parsley are added.

  9. Spread the steak bites and top on the crispy potatoes with the garlic butter.
