Pork Chop Supreme
Ingredients

| Boneless pork chops | 4 | |
| Medium-sized potatoes | 4 | Sliced thinly |
| Lipton Onion Soup Mix | 1 packet | |
| Cream of mushroom soup | 1 can (10.5 oz) | |
| Milk | 1/2 cup | |
| Onion (optional) | 1 small | Sliced thinly |
| Salt and black pepper | To taste | The soup mix is already salty, so season lightly |
| Butter or cooking spray | As needed | For greasing the pan or cooking |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375degF (190degC)
Lightly grease a baking dish
Evenly arrange the thin slices of the potatoes on the bottom. Season lightly with pepper
Put the pork chops over the potatoes
Evenly sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix on the pork chops
In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom + milk until smooth
Pour the mixture on everything evenly
Cover tightly with foil
Bake for 1 hour covered
Take foil off and cook another 15-20 minutes till potatoes are tender and pork is juicy.
