Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 cups beef broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste

Philly Cheesesteak Mac and Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Place the uncooked macaroni, ground beef, and diced peppers into the crockpot.
Pour the beef broth over the ingredients & marinate with garlic, salt, powder and black pepper.
Cover and cook:
2–3 hours on high, stirring once or twice, until the pasta is tender and the beef is fully cooked.
Add the milk and shredded cheddar cheese.

Once the macaroni is ready, you won’t have to worry about making dinner because it will be delicious but there’s still some left to cook.
Stir well and cook:
Now you stir it and cover it again and cook for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes creamy.
Stir before serving.
