Are You Eating This Old-Fashioned Goulash?

| Ground beef | 1 lb |
| Onion (small, diced) | 1 |
| Garlic (minced) | 2 cloves |
| Diced tomatoes (canned) | 1 can (15 oz) |
| Tomato sauce (canned) | 1 can (15 oz) |
| Beef broth | 1 1/2 cups |
| Elbow macaroni (uncooked) | 1/2 cup |
| Green bell pepper (chopped) | 1 |
| Paprika | 1 tsp |
| Italian seasoning | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper and salt | To taste |
Instructions
Step 1
Add the ground beef, onion and garlic to a big pot until the meat is cooked.
Step 2
Add tomatoes which have been diced, tomato sauce, beef broth, bell pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Step 3
Cook and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the uncooked macaroni. Bake and simmer 12-15 minutes stirring every so often till pasta is tender and sauce is thick.
Step 5
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
