Meatballs Recipe- My style
36 Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 large jars of sauce (1 tom & garlic, 1 Bolognese)
5 garlic cloves
2 peppers
2 large onions
Small tray plum tomatoes, halved
1/2 tube tom purée
4 oxo cubes
Directions:
Put jars of sauce, tom purée & oxo in slow cooker
Add the meatballs to the sauce (I drop them into boiling water quickly first to seal/get rid of excess fat)
Gently soften the onions, peppers and garlic in butter for 2 mins then add to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 hours
Tonight I’m going to bake sweet potatoes and have steamed broccoli with them just for a change I’ve done this many as will be feeding the rellies too!
