Slow Cooker Gluten free almond ,and blueberry cake – absolutely delish!..
Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free self raising flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup honey (melted)
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 pinned fresh blueberries (could use any fresh or frozen berry)
Instructions:
Mix wet ingredients together, then add to dry with a fork. Then add blueberries and fold through. 90 minutes on high with tea towel under the lid. Enjoy!
