Fakeaway Doner kebab (slow cooker recipe)

Ingredients:
500 gram lamb mince
2-3 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of oregano
2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1 egg
Drizzle of veg oil
Directions:
Mix all together in a bowl an smoosh for 10 minutes until it’s like a paste
Form into a big sausage shape an wrap in tin foil.
Make 2 big balls out of tin foil place in bottom of slow cooker then poke 2-4 holes in bottom of your kebab sausage n place on top of tin foil balls
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Take out and slice with a tattie peeler
Enjoy.
