Fajita chicken pasta bake. Probably my favourite dish in the slow cooker.
Ingredients:
Diced chicken breast
Tinned tomatoes
Sliced onion
Sliced peppers
Packet of Fajita seasoning
300ml of water
Instructions::
I put this on low for 4 hours then add the pasta for the last hour, so 5 hours in total and sprinkle on grated cheese for the last 20 minutes.
QUESTION: How much pasta do you add and do you put it in uncooked?
ANSWER: I put it in uncooked, I don’t measure, just throw in as much as I like as this lasts a couple of days as lunches etc.
QUESTION: Did you cook the chicken first? X
ANSWER: NO. everything is raw.
QUESTION: How much chicken do you put in the slow cooker for this? Preferably in grams please.
ANSWER: I don’t measure. I bought a pack of chopped chicken breast and used the lot. Did five decent sized meals.

ANSWER: I just bought a pack of diced chicken breast.
QUESTION: Do you use dried or fresh pasta?
ANSWER: I use dried.
