Slow Cooker Easy Lamb Curry
Ingredients:
1 large white onion diced
3 cloves of garlic crushed
1tbsp medium curry powder
1/2tbsp ground coriander
1/2tbsp ground cumin
1/2tbsp paprika
800g diced lamb
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
100ml of boiling water
2 lamb oxo cubes (crumbled into the hot water)
150g plain natural yogurt
2tbsp tomato purée
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in the slow cooker (yes the meat is raw and not seared) just bung it all in, put a towel under the lid to stop it going watery (perfectly safe) and cook on low for 8 hours – enjoy xx
