Crockpot Beef Stroganoff. Toss everything in the pot, go about your day, and come home to a rich and creamy beef dinner the whole family will love — no fuss, no stress!

What You Need

  • 1.5 lbs beef chunks, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into strips
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped up small
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt (as much as you like)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How To Make Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

  1. Put the beef pieces, onion strips, mushrooms, and chopped garlic into your slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the beef broth, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, and a little salt. Give it a gentle stir so everything mixes together.
  3. Cook it on low heat for 7 to 8 hours, or on high heat for 4 to 5 hours. The beef will get really soft and tender!
  4. About 20–30 minutes before you want to eat, boil the egg noodles in a pot. Follow the directions on the package.
  5. Stir the sour cream into the slow cooker. The sauce will turn thick, creamy, and super yummy.
  6. Spoon the creamy beef right over your noodles — or mix the noodles right into the slow cooker. Either way works great!

🍽️ Tip for Kids: This dish smells really good while it’s cooking. Don’t be surprised if everyone keeps asking “Is it ready yet?”
