OMG! This is definitely going into my cook book it was delicious, I’m not usually a seafood eater but thought I’d give it a go as my partner likes seafood.
I slightly modified the creamy garlic prawns recipe
Ingredients:
300ml cooking cream
250g cream cheese
1/2 cup chicken stock…….. just
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 small onion
100g diced bacon
200g sliced button mushrooms
500g prawns
Directions:
Placed all ingredients in slow cooker except mushrooms and prawns
Cook on low for 5 hours
Then added mushrooms with an hr cooking left and prawns in at the last half hour before serving as i was using peeled and cooked prawns.
I served with cooked pasta.
