Chicken and Veggie Soup Slow Cooker. My mom sent me this meal she was preparing in the slow cooker today so I came to test it out as well. I do not know whether it will turn out to be any good or not but I am certain that it will be as I have done something similar with chicken and mushroom soup in the oven.
I know you can not see it but there were 4 chicken breasts at the bottom. We just added some cubed up potatoes, carrots and can of cream of chicken soup, can of milk, and a package of ranch mix. Stir it and pour over ice. Low 7-8 hours or high 5-6 I believe is what she meant. I sprinkled some salt and pepper and that was all.
Ingredients

Chicken breasts → 4

Potatoes → cubed, quantity as desired

Carrots → cubed, quantity as desired

Cream of chicken soup → 1 can

Milk → 1 can

Ranch mix → 1 package

Salt → to taste

Pepper → to taste
Chicken and Veggie Soup: Directions

Place the 4 chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add the cubed potatoes and carrots on top of the chicken.

Pour in the can of cream of chicken soup and the can of milk.

Sprinkle the ranch mix evenly over the top.

Stir everything gently to combine.

Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 5-6 hours.

Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
