Carbonara Silverside Recipe”
I can’t jump on the honey & mustard bandwagon because my fussy buggers didn’t like the taste of the sauce when I’ve used it in the past (everyone has different tastes) so it got me thinking what about using a carbonara sauce instead they liked that. So here goes I’m giving it a go, its either going to be a “HOT or NOT” moment. Only way to find out hey…..
INGREDIENTS:
1x corned silverside
1x jar of carbonara pasta sauce
Olive oil (for searing if you wish too)
DIRECTIONS:
📍I seared all sides of the meat in my slow cooker but that’s your choice you don’t have too.
📍Then i poured over the sauce & I’ve put it on high for 2 hours then low 3.5 hours.
I’ve left it later than normal today, but i would normally do a silverside on low for 7-8 hours.”
