Slow Cooker Butter Beef & Potatoes
INGREDIENTS

| Stew meat or chuck roast (beef) | 2 lbs | Cut into pieces |
| Potatoes | 1 1/2 lbs | Peeled and cut into pieces |
| Butter | 4 tablespoons | Cut into pieces |
| Onion | 1 medium | Sliced |
| Garlic | 3 cloves | Minced |
| Beef broth | 1 cup | |
| Salt | 1 teaspoon | Add to taste |
| Black pepper | 1/2 teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 teaspoon | |
| Italian seasoning/dried thyme | 1/2 teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 tablespoon | Additional ingredient |
| Parsley (optional) | As needed | For garnish, chopped |
Instructions
Put butter, beef and potatoes into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle with the onion and the garlic.
Incidentally, add the beef broth and Worcestershire (optional).
All round sprinkling with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme should be used.
Gently stir to combine.
Cover and cook:
Low: 7-8 hours
High: 4-5 hours
Dress it and season when the beef is soft, and the potatoes are tender.
And hot service, with parsley, were it good.
