Slow Cooker Butter Beef & Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

Ingredient Quantity Notes
Stew meat or chuck roast (beef) 2 lbs Cut into pieces
Potatoes 1 1/2 lbs Peeled and cut into pieces
Butter 4 tablespoons Cut into pieces
Onion 1 medium Sliced
Garlic 3 cloves Minced
Beef broth 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon Add to taste
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Italian seasoning/dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Additional ingredient
Parsley (optional) As needed For garnish, chopped

Instructions

Put butter, beef and potatoes into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle with the onion and the garlic.
Incidentally, add the beef broth and Worcestershire (optional).
All round sprinkling with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme should be used.
Gently stir to combine.
Cover and cook:
Low: 7-8 hours
High: 4-5 hours
Dress it and season when the beef is soft, and the potatoes are tender.
And hot service, with parsley, were it good.
