Ingredients:
500g chopped beef
1 red 1 green pepper thick cuts
2 good sized white onions
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 jar beef and black bean sauce
200ml water
1 teaspoon of chilli paste
1 beef stock.
Corn starch
Directions:
First step chop your pepper and onions leave then nice and Chucky. Stick then in a frying pan & fry them off. Then stick them in the SC.
Second step. Stick the beef in the frying pan and fry it off till all is brown. LEAVE THE BEEF JUICES! Add your stock and stir well. Add your beef in black bean sauce. And your 2 tablespoon or soya sauce. Pinch of salt and pepper add your onions and peppers in now mix well add your 200ml of water let it simmer off a little then add some corn starch to thicken sauce I won’t say how much as you will know when it’s good enough.
