Slow Cooker Bacon and cheese scrolls.
For the dough
I mix 3 cups self raising flour and 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups of natural Greek yoghurt ,knead it till smooth and shape into rectangle.
For topping
I just used pizza sauce, diced bacon and mozzarella cheese. cooked in my 5.5 L slow cooker for about 1hour 45 minutes. Probably might just depend on your slow cooker as well – cook on high with tea towel under the lid.
I put some garlic in mine too.
