2 lb pork belly, cut into small bite-size cubes

1 packet ranch seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

Optional: black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
Crispy Ranch Pork Belly Bites: Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cover a baking tray with foil or baking paper.

Put the pork belly cubes into a large bowl.

Pour the olive oil over the pork pieces.

Sprinkle the ranch seasoning (and any optional spices) on top.

Toss the cubes so every piece gets coated.

Spread the pork pieces in one layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, and turn the pieces once halfway through so they cook evenly.
