Salmon Patties Low Carb 3-Ingredient. Grandma made these golden little patties for us all the time and we never got tired of them. Only 3 simple things go in and they come out crispy every single time!
Ingredients
- 2 cans pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salmon Patties: Directions
- Open your salmon cans and press out as much water as you can. Put the salmon in a bowl and break it apart with a fork. Throw in the eggs and Parmesan cheese and mix it all together until it looks thick and sticky. If it looks too wet, let it rest for a few minutes.
- Grab some of the mix with your hands and press it into small round flat patties. You should get around 10 to 12 of them. Put a pan on the stove on medium heat and add a little oil. When the oil looks hot and shiny, place your patties in carefully. Cook them for 3 to 4 minutes on one side until the bottom turns dark golden and crispy. Flip them over gently and cook the other side the same way.
- Place cooked patties on a paper towel to soak up extra oil. Store leftovers in a container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in a dry pan when ready to eat!
