- sweet paprika (or regular paprika) → 1 teaspoon

Chicken Goulash Slow Cooker: Instructions
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker.
- Evenly sprinkle the chicken breasts with the chopped onion.
- Sprinkle the paprika and the salt on the chicken and onions.
- Pour the whole can of diced tomatoes, including all of their juice, evenly into the slow cooker with the chicken and onions.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on his LOW or HIGH between 5 to 6 hours or 2 1/2 to 3 hours, respectively, until the chicken becomes extremely tender and is easily shredded with a fork.
- When cooked, two forks shred the chicken in the slow cooker, and mix it with the tomato and onion mixture to form a chunky, thick goulash.
