Slow Cooker 4 ingredients Beef Stew
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 packet onion soup mix (1 ounce)
(10.75 ounces) Condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Preparation:
1. Add beef in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2.Add onion soup mix over beef.
3. Put the cream of mushroom soup & beef broth all over them.
4. Now stir them everything to mix well.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook 7-8 hours on low or until the beef is soft.
6. Stir it well and then serve.

Variations & Tips
If you want more flavor in your beef stew then add minced 3 garlic or 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
If you like your stew with vegetables then add 1 chopped carrot
and 3 small size potatoes (cubed).
They’ll cook beautifully with beef stew.
For a thicker stew,
Mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch with a little water, add it in the last hour of cooking and stir well. Enjoy
