Porcupine Meatballs! So easy!

Ingredients:

-500g beef mince,
1 onion,
half a cup to 1 cup of rice (raw),
1 egg,
1 tablespoon garlic,
some mixed herbs,
1 tablespoon curry powder ( just because we like it) & 2 of the regular size tomato soup cans!
Plus water of one empty can filled!

Instructions:

-Mix mince, diced onion, rice, egg, garlic, mixed herbs & curry powder in a bowl, combine well!!!
-Roll into whatever size meatball you prefer.
-Pour all of the soup into s/c as well as 1 tin worth of water.
-Cook on low for 3-4 hours and serve on mash potato! Yummo! Child hood favourite!

* i also like to sit the meatballs in the fridge for a few hours (if I can) before cooking to help firm them together. (Not a must!)

* you can brown the meatballs 1st if you do wish to, I also use raw rice but pre cooked does work too!
