Slow Cooker Cheesy chicken pasta bake
Ingredients:
700g chicken (raw chicken breast)
250g of salami
1 jar of LEGGO’s bacon bolognese sauce (500g)
1 packet of pasta (500g)
500ml of stock (vegeta)
3 carrots grated
Container of sliced mushrooms
1 small bag of baby spinach
Half a punnet of cherry tomatoes
Small packet of pizza cheese (250g)
Instructions:
First, cut the chicken and salami, then finely chop the vegetables. (minus spinach)
Add all ingredients (instead of pasta and spinach), to the slow cooker.
I cooked it on high heat for 2 hours (because I was short on time, so I cooked it on high.)
Now add the pasta and stir all together cook for further 30 minutes.
Mix half of the cheese and put the remaining cheese on top of all the spinach.
Put tea towel under the lid & cook for further 30-45 minutes.
