Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled pork
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Fountain smokey BBQ sauce
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Couple twists of fresh cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
2x 1.5kg boneless pork
3 brown onions sliced thick
Method:
We always cook it for 9-12 hours on low or 7-8 on high. Remove pork, take the rind off and discard, seperate with forks and stir back through. Usually serve on sliders with coleslaw or with mashed potato and fresh steamed veg super moist, alot of flavour and super easy!
